Hi , how are you? I haven't talked to you in awhile. I've been making good progress with trying to get on a schedule. Getting up early and I've been fitting in yoga in the morning. I have found that it helps with waking me up in the morning. I haven't had a any change in my weight..I think I need to learn to eat better. I have been eating more fruits and veggies but I don't think I am eating right still. Is portion size important? I was thinking of asking my doctor is she can refer me to a nutritionist. Maybe that could help me. Well I gtg now it's 7 am and I have to wake my kids up for school. Take care!

Thanks for the comment on my article. It just depends on your body , if you led a sedentary life before and started up with running etc , then of course your body is going to shed fat. I was not just talking about body fat , there are other myths in the article that pertain to other stuff. Nu-U Fitness
